Our goal is simple: help readers understand what a brand offers so they can decide for themselves. This page explains how we choose topics, where our information comes from, and how we keep articles accurate.
How we choose brands
We focus on consumer brands in fashion, home and living, baby and kids, food and drink, and everyday wellness that readers in the US, UK and Australia are likely to come across. We may write about a brand whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with it.
Where our information comes from
- Official brand websites, product pages and published specifications
- Published shipping, returns, warranty and sustainability policies
- Publicly available pricing at the time of writing
- Customer feedback shared on public review platforms and forums
We do not claim to have tested products in person unless an article says so explicitly. We do not invent testing results, customer quotes, credentials or statistics.
Health and wellness content
We do not make medical claims. Wellness articles describe what brands say about their products and what is publicly known, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.
Use of AI tools
We may use AI-assisted tools to help organise research and draft text. All published content is reviewed by our editor, and responsibility for accuracy rests with us.
Independence
Affiliate commissions help fund the site, but brands cannot pay for favourable coverage or approve articles before publication. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Corrections and updates
Brands change their products and policies frequently. If you notice something inaccurate or out of date, please email [email protected]. We review reports and correct errors as quickly as we can.
